Missing or Stolen Checkbook and/or Debit Card
Call 612-373-9400 or 1-800-355-7528 during regular business hours to order
a replacement card. This applies to Instant Cash Cards (ATM card) as well as Instant
Cash & Check Cards (debit card).
To report a lost or stolen Instant Cash Card (ATM card) or
Instant Cash & Check Card (debit card), call 612-373-9400 or
1-800-355-7528.
After hours to report a lost or stolen Instant Cash Card
(ATM card) or Instant Cash & Check Card (debit card), call
1-800-535-8440; for International after hours to report a lost or
stolen ATM card, call 1-612-316-1484.
If you suspect fraud on your account, you will
need to file a police report and come in to the credit union to
sign an affidavit of forgery/fraud.
