What information is available through SLCU's e-statement program?
Members can receive their monthly account statements, quarterly newsletter
and e-inserts, free via the secure slcu@home on-line account access
website.How much do SLCU’s e-statements cost?
There is no charge for our e-statement program.
What kind of computer equipment and software programs are needed to
access
e-statements?
You do not need any special computer configuration or software package to
access your e-statements, just:
What if my Internet browser is not one of the versions needed to
access my account information?
Both
Netscape and
Microsoft offer free download
upgrades of their browsers on their respective homepages.
When will my e-statement be available online for my viewing?
Your e-statement will be available approximately the first week of the
month. How long will the statement remain available for viewing?
Once you have signed up for e-statements, your e-statements will remain
available for viewing for 18 months.
Can I have my e-statement email notification sent to two different
email addresses?
We can only send your e-statement notification to one e-mail address;
however, you can access your statements via any computer with Internet
access via
slcu@home. Once you are logged in, click
on the “statement” tab located at the top of the web page.
How can I get a paper copy of my statement?
You can print any statement or notice from your library of available
statements and notices. If you would like to print a copy, here are the
instructions:
1) Click on “File” from the menu bar at
the top of the e-statement page.
2) From the drop down menu, click on
Print.
You may also request a paper copy of your statement any time for a fee of
$3.00 per statement by calling SLCU at 612-373-9400 or toll-free at
800-3557528.

Is my e-statement account information protected?
Your information is protected with the latest security features and requires a
password that only you will know, to access the information. SLCU's e-statement
is only available through the secure access of slcu@home on-line account access.
On-line account access provides secure communications using 128-bit encryption
security to ensure that your private information stays private.
How do I view my monthly e-statement?
Your statement can be accessed via
slcu@home.
Once you are logged in, click on the “statement” tab located at the top of the
web page.
How will I know when my monthly e-statement is
available?
An e-mail notification will be sent to the e-mail address you have on file at
SLCU.
Can my e-statement information be imported into
other programs?
Your e-statement is a PDF document and cannot be imported into other programs.
However, your on-line account access can be imported into Quicken or Microsoft
Money. To access, click on the “History” tab in slcu@home, and then click on
“Download History” located in Account History screen. Your e-statement can be
saved as an Excel file to your “My Documents” folder.
What if I accidentally delete my email
notification that my statements are ready? Can I still view them?
If you delete the email notification you can still access your e-statements via
slcu@home.
Once you are logged in, click on the “statement” tab located at the top of the
web page.
What if I no longer want to receive my statement
electronically? How do I stop receiving e-statements?
You can switch back to the paper version of your statements at any time. Contact
a credit union representative by phone at (642) 373-9400, toll-free at
1-800-355-7528 or e-mail
minneapoliscu@slcu.com and ask to change back
to paper statements.
How do I notify the credit union of my new e-mail
address?
You can change your e-mail address via
slcu@home.
Once your are logged on, click on the “Services” button located on the left side
of home page. Click on “e-statement enrollment/update e-mail address”. Type in
your new e-mail address in the box provided. Click on “submit”.
