1. Print and complete the Checking Account Application (PDF*).

2. Make a photocopy of your drivers' license or other photo identification.

3. Make a check payable to Soo Line Credit Union to open your account (minimum $5.00).

4. Mail or bring your application, copy of ID, and check to Soo Line Credit Union.
