You can apply here for any SLCU loan except VISA loans (available in PDF format below) and mortgage loans, which are processed through HomeLoan Express. If you are unable to access slcu@home, you can download our generic Loan Application in PDF format as described below. [external link disclosure]

Use the forms below to submit applications to Soo Line Credit Union. Note that these are PDF documents, which require Adobe Acrobat to be downloaded. Once you have printed and completed a form, you can mail or fax it to any of Our Offices. Please allow normal U.S. Postal Service normal delivery time and 2 business days for activation.

Loan Application (15KB)
Use this form to apply for a vehicle loan, home improvement loan, home equity loan, Line of Credit, or Overdraft Protection, etc. You can also complete this form online via slcu@home.

VISA Credit Card Application (123KB)
It's the ideal traveling companion for the shopping mall or your big vacation. Enjoy our low fixed rate and all the benefits of the Purchase Plan Program.

Account Change Form (232KB)
Use this form to make major changes to your account (i.e., add/remove co-signers, change of address or legal name, etc.)

CD Builder Account Application (521KB)
The CD Builder Program is a two-part savings program at SLCU. The CD Builder Savings Account offers an automatic savings plan. Transfer in as little as $25 per month, and the the Builder CD will automatically open when your balance reaches $1,000.

Change PIN Form (24KB)
Use this form to change the Personal Identification Number (PIN) for either an ATM Instant Cash Card or an ATM Instant Cash & Check Card. For your security, we do not allow PIN changes over the phone.

Direct Deposit (43KB)
Use this form to set up Direct Deposit of your payroll directly into your SLCU checking account.

Holiday Account Application (491KB)
Set aside some money in this account each month. Come November, these funds are automatically transferred to your checking or savings account, just in time for your holiday shopping.

Payroll Deduction (32KB)
Sign up to subtract your loan payment from your payroll automatically each month, and get an loan discount of .25%!
